Superdeli chocolate cake

 

300 g good, dark chocolate
300 g peeled almonds
2 teaspoons cocoa

Mix in food processor

 

250 g butter
100 g sugar
Whipped airy
6-7 egg yolks are added one by one

Mix the whole shebang

 

Beat the egg whites until stiff with a little salt and fold them gently into the chocolate mixture.

 

Pour the mixture into a greased and floured baking pan.
 

Bake 1 hour at 190 c.
